关于对应核电站事故的通知
对于今年3月11日继东日本大地震之后发生的福岛第一核电站事故，本公司的对应措施如下：
SMC所有的工厂和仓库以及其中的所有产品，都不在所担心的核辐射环境内。
1. 工厂的选址条件
SMC的工厂中，即使是离福岛第一核电站最近的矢祭工厂，也与核电站远离 80km 以上。
2. SMC的监视体制
SMC在确认公共机关测定·公布的辐射量数值的同时，在公司内也配置了独自的测定装置，进行辐射量的监视。
现阶段，测定的结果在自然界平常辐射量的范围内，无须担心辐射的影响。今后，我们会继续观测、注意这一影响的变化。

Notice : Report on SMC's Response to the Nuclear Power Plant Accident
The radiation at all SMC factories and warehouses and on all our products is not at a level that merits concern.
1. Factory Onsite Conditions
The closest SMC factory to the Fukushima 1 nuclear power plant is the Yamatsuri factory and
this is located over 80 km away.
2. SMC's Surveillance System
SMC is concurrently monitoring public agency and publically announced measurements, and is using equipment installed at our business locations to independently monitor and measure radiation levels.
Our conclusion, at this time, is that radiation is at natural, everyday levels and that there is no need for concern about the effects of the radiation. However, we will continue to use caution in regards to this matter.
